Re: Blew up some trojans
You couldn't GIVE ME a battery watering system. Absolutely useless POS, and dangerous too.

Re: Blew up some trojans
well atleast ALL the electronics will be new in this cart. The watering system came on the carts, i thought it would be a good selling point but guess i was wrong, i have no caps for the batteries on the other cart so i guess the wttering system will have to stay on the other one

Re: Blew up some trojans
chriskent - I have a whole box of caps. Let me know how many you need and you can have them if you pay the shipping, if you promise to throw the watering system away
What's with the audio battery cables? |

Re: Blew up some trojans
could it be from a sudden drop ion voltage, I dont have a speed sensor on it and when i was driving it out i was driving it slow but i might got to the speed where it kicks into limp mode. When it kicks into limp mode there is a sudden drop in power to the motor. Wouldnt you know that the new speed sensor came in 30 mins after i pulled the cart out.

Re: Blew up some trojans
By consensus, it looks like the water filling system aided in collecting enough gas to blow all the batteries. What I wonder about is what caused enough arc/spark during normal operation of the cart to set off the hydrogen gas?
