Anyone titled in Oregon?
One of my two Zone NEVs will be titled in Oregon, but I ran into a problem with Oregon DMV needing a certification that it was a "Low Emmissions Vehicle." I know it sounds silly for an electric car, but they absolutely would not issue Oregon title without it. Anyone run into this problem?
My next step will be to call DE to see if they can get me this certification. |
