CC DS cutting out - Need help ASAP

98 CC DS FE290 Gasser - Thing has ran flawlessly for the 2 years I have owned it. I volunteered it for our homecoming parade for the High school Robotics team to carry the drivers as they control the various robots. Of course today it started spitting & sputtering just off idle and would not move the cart. I toyed with it and it took off normal. After work today I pulled the carb and cleaned it very well, Nothing looked really dirty or out of place so I put it back together with new fuel lines hoping for the best.

Drove it to the school 1 mile away - No problems - I Jumped on it after the robotics meeting and it was sputtering, barely running - I could get it to idle but would barely move the cart. (An old lady walking a dog passed us )

I had it in maintenance mode trying to see if anything jumped out at me but nothing. I closed the seat and was going to limp it home and it took off like a scalded dog like nothing ever happened.

I got it home and had it idling and wiggling wires & such but could not replicate it. I unhooked the fuel line from the pump and it shot out like it should. Fuel lines are clear. I almost sounds electrical but I have no idea where to start.

I need this for Sunday but now am gun shy as it has always ran perfect until this point.

Anyone have any suggestions?
