Default Running on one cylinder

If anyone has been reading all of my post i'm the guy with the inherited 92 marathon. I've installed new carb, fuel filter, starter gen belt and new plugs, checked compression @ 150 i guess psi per cylinder. When installing plugs back in i noticed one plug had normal burn markings the other was clean as brand new. So i thought it could be running on one cylinder. So i left off one plug wire and it ran the way it had been running. Reversed procedure and cart would not go. So my question is, is it the coil pack or something else. Any help would be greatly appreciated. God bless

I believe that both plugs fire at the same time, and one spark is wasted on the exhaust stroke.

It should be easy enough to pull the plug, and watch for spark.
If it's not getting spark, I would look at the plug, and wire first. Coil last.

If it is getting spark, I would look for an intake valve that is not opening.

Might adjust the valve rocker arms while you're at it. (4 thousands)
