G-22 timing gear mark help
I know there is probably recent posts on question but I am not finding exactly what i am looking for.
I am overhauling a g-22 and did not mark gear positioning before I disassembled. Now I am questioning the marks on the balancer and cam. Cam has a hole in it and also a punch mark with white paint and the balancer just has a hole. I think the balancer will only go in at one position which lines crank mark with hole drilled in ballancer gear. Just dont know if I need to use hole in cam or punch mark with paint to align with crank mark. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. LB |

Re: G-22 timing gear mark help
Thanks Sformal that will help me a bunch.
So it says to use drilled hole in cam gear and balancer gear for alignment. What is the punchmark with white paint on it at bottom of cam gear for? |
