Question 2008 Yamaha Driven Clutch Removal

Have a buddy that just picked up a 2008 Yamaha Drive (G29?). I'm new to Yamahas but it looks like the driven clutch mount is a tapered shaft that requires a puller. Anyone point me in the right direction?

No it is on a splined shaft and requires no puller BUT may need a tap with a rubber hammer if it hasn't been off for a while.

I agree, 2008, slides right off, 2 minutes to change one.

One other note, I as a precaution drained the transaxle oil out of this cart. Lucky the owner agreed as the oil that came out of it looked nothing like the genuine recommended Yamaha oil that went back into it. I suspect the transaxle would have been an issue down the road.

Nice. Thanks Guys. He put a light kit on it this weekend. He said he'll swap that driven clutch pretty soon. The one that's on it now has a few holes in the sheave and is eating the drive belt.

I'd say he got maximum use out of that clutch!
