Default EZ Go cart help

Model # T77448 going to look at this older cart any advice Owner said it is a late 70's 2 cycle that runs good but said something about it getting hot I've never fooled around with golf carts but I'm excited to start a project Or should I save time and money and find a nicer one? Can I still get parts for this cart? I go to look at this cart tomorrow any advice would be great Thanks in advance JC

An air cooled 2 stroke that gets hot sounds like a bad motor / bearings? There are lots of things to consider when buying any cart that age. What can you buy it for and what amount of funds do you have for repairs?

about 500.00 i think so putting money into it goes with out saying but the age of the cart is what is the main concern it seems parts may be an issue

I think $500.00 is too high. Maybe if it were in good running condition with no issues, but not as it sits...

This is just me, but I would look for a 4 stroke cart in a current body style. I'll bet you would have $1,500.00 to $2,000.00 in this one before you know it
