Just checked the vacuum line and it was pulsating, the pump spitted gas 6 inches, and the diaphram is not broken. Double checking now the oil may not have gas in it because it does not smell like it. It may be moisture. But my air box definetly has a gassy liquid from the vent tube. Basically wanna figure out why the thing only has half power.

Valve, or flooding carb...
When the intake valves leak or hang open the cylinder will blow back through the carb and spit gas in to the air box. If the float is not sealing it will let gas drowned the engine and "may"put some gas in the air box. I'ed do a compression test next.. if ya haven't already. that will give you some insight on the condition of the valves.

Compression should be 120-160. You are getting gas in the air box, not oil??
