Default Ezgo RXV floods when coasting down hill

My 2010 runs great. However, when coasting down a long gradual hill, it feels like it is flooded when finally pushing the accelerator at the bottom.

Any suggestions?

Wanted to mention that the governor is adjusted for increased speed if that make a difference. Rest of engine is stock.
