It was patched with a beer can, huh? That's got to be a first. What's going on inside the primary to cause the crack/hole in the cover?

I was told beer fixes almost everything.
I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed on this one. I'm putting in Marvel oil in hopes it will stop the oil seepage. It worked for a outboard motor I had that was leaking worse than this.
Now that I've showed you my girls nasties here's what she looks like with her clothes on.

Put the air shroud back on over the cylinder head, it is NOT optional. You will burn it up without it.

cgtech, SkipBo00 thanks for the heads up on the shroud. Since I bought it without the shroud I will have to buy one. Do you have a favorite place you would recommend to buy one?
