shipping large parts across the states

im looking at buying a new bed for a carryall. I think it will fit on a pallet. it is near the west coast. i am in the middle of the country. is there any way to go about this sensibly or should I just forget about it?


Buyer doesn't want to mess with shipping, its not a high dollar item so he just is selling as picked up item on craigslist. I was hoping to find something to pick it up and bring it to me or some kind of shipping company.


Maybe i should give up on my hopes of a cheap bed to modify
