Default G14 Brake Return Spring Replacement

New to the forum. Have a '96 G14 with a shot brake return spring. I have a new one but can't get the bolt out to replace it. Not much room below the floor to get a good hammer on it. I guess I need to pull the whole brake unit to hammer it out? The bolt spins but is extremely tight. Any ideas or videos that show how to refurbish the brake pedal?

Here are the parts that are in there. That sleeve is probably rusted to the bolt!!

You may have to cut the bolt on both sides to remove.

Here are the new parts!! New parts have O-ring seals to prevent this from happening again, hopefully!!

Or you can drill everything out, and use a larger shank bolt!! But over extended time, it will rust again.

I drive a lot on the street, and can't afford to hit the brake pedal and have it lock up from crud build up, so I replaced with new!! (And persuasion from Mr. Block!!)...

Assemble using Anti seize!!

Or, as Mike Mac calls it, "Never Seize"!!
