I can't figure out this. Can anyone help me to understand what yer this cart is?

Is there another serial? Perhaps on the frame?

I just bought it and have not received it. I'm expecting it until next week.

When you get it, lift the seat and the flap of the engine cover that tucks against the back of the seat and you should see a label on a frame member that runs side to side under the engine cover. It should give you the year information.

That label will have the serial number & a Julian date code for production date, this might not reflect model year, but will get you real close. Example, some carts actually built in 2012 may be called a 2013 model year cart, same is done with automobiles (July is a popular cutoff to be called the next newer model year in the automotive world).
