I did a complete rebuild on a 1994 maraton 295cc. getting plenty of spark and gas but not even trying to start, spark plugs are wet. what is the correct way to do a compression test?

In the gas tech section there's a thread that has manuals in it. the service manual or engine rebuild manual will tell you exactly how to do this test and interpret the results. glad you asked, most people don't
