Default 2002 Yamaha G19E Won't move

Cart just stopped and have battery voltage of bout 50.2. Ignition switch is good, run/tow switch is good, and f/n/r switch is good. Battery side is about a volt higher than controller side of solenoid. Solenoid reads 50.2 on the battery side and 49.2 w/o pedal depressed on the controller side. When pedal is depressed there is very little change in either number. What does this sound like is going on?
