Can you find your serial number sticker? It is usually just below the cup holders.

Yep. Tell us how many holes are on the top of each battery. 3 holes or 4? If 6 batteries with 3 holes each, then it's 36 volt. If 6 batteries with 4 holes each it's 48 volt.
