Cart crawling and then repid acceleration
I have 2005 Western which is basically a 1999 EZGO, the cart was recently upgraded with 6 8V Trojan batteries a Alltrax XCT500 controller and super solenoid. (Less than 6 Months ago). Cart has been running great until this weekend when I jumped in it. It started off with a crawl and then lurched forward and then back to a crawl. It continued to do this until I gave up and parked it.
I've checked the battery pack voltage, it read 51.7V I checked it under load and it dropped to about 50.5v. I've checked all the connections and could not final anything loose. Any suggestions on what could be going on? The controller and solenoid were purchased from Scotty B and the cart runs just under 30mph without any programming changes made to the controller, cart also has stock wheels. |

Re: Cart crawling and then repid acceleration
Maybe I should ask a question about the XCT500 controller, should the light remain green during acceleration or should it flash red?

While you're waiting for the experts, can you hookup a laptop and save a datalog file?

Re: Cart crawling and then repid acceleration
Try disabling the speed sensor with the software to see if that is the issue.

Re: Cart crawling and then repid acceleration
I have an older controller, but I just Googled Alltrax, and it was there.
