New controller, New solenoid = No Go
I installed a Alltrax48500 with a new Solenoid. The solenoid will click in either direction. But it will not go. I have checked all of the connections at the FNR and all are tight. Waiting on New SW202 to come in. But it was working fine with the old controller. Any help would be appreciated. This is driving me nuts.

What codes are flashing on the Led indicator on the controller (just as the pedal is pressed)

Re: New controller, New solenoid = No Go
Well, didn't say what vehicle. But can I assume that it does power up with a set of flashes indicating throttle type then solid green? Do you get a solid green LED at all?

Sorry. EZGO 36v TXT SR48500 Alltrax. No solid green light. No flashing lights. Except when I plug in the usb cable to the computer.

Re: New controller, New solenoid = No Go
We are still guessing here but if I had to I would say = Ezgo model TXT and drive system "SERIES". AM I right?
The controller model # is not Alltrax 48500 but SR48500 a SERIES control No (+) power, no solenoid click, no LED See diagram |

Re: New controller, New solenoid = No Go
Ok, solenoid engages & stays on while pedal pressed? If so, what's voltage at controller B- & B+ terminals, while pedal pressed?

Re: New controller, New solenoid = No Go
The real question is why is there no power (+) at J1 red when the solenoid clicks?
Where does the J1 red terminal wire go to? If there is power at J1 red and no LED you have a defective control. |
