Re: New controller, New solenoid = No Go
Depending on where you installed your controller, it may not be easy to see the LED when the solenoid clicks. Put it on jack-stands and get where you can see the LED. A series controller will not get power by simply turning on the key. You have to press the gas pedal and the instant the solenoid clicks, you should see LED activity, unless you aren't getting voltage where ScottyB said, above.

Re: New controller, New solenoid = No Go
Well I found the problem. First I just want to thank everyone for their input. I truly appreciate it. It did help. The problem the whole time was ME! I'm a freaking idiot. I guess two things were messing with me. 1st I expected the green LED light to come on when I turned the switch on. Well apparently it only comes on when you press the gas. I did not realize that and thought I had something wrong to begin with. Thanks Yurtle. 2nd. I wasn't pressing the peddle down far enough or long enough for the controller to get power to the motor. So this morning, while trying to make a video of all the checks Scottyb told me to make, to show you guys , I held the pedal down long enough and the cart moved. Eureka! Thanks again er'body!
