intermittent
I have a 1994 36V medalist if it is in reverse never a problem it came in to me wouldn't move in forward it would click the solenoid now it will work just fine as long as you don't push the pedal all the way to the floor so I was thinking it was probably the forward/reverse switch but was hoping someone may be able to help me make sure that is the problem

Re: intermittent
Likely 2 problems.
If the solenoid clicks and it won't go forward but goes reverse replace the F&R switch. If the cart runs but quits at wide open throttle check the pot output is not over range. |

Re: intermittent
not sure how to test the pot output. but let me add to my last post. today I came in and everything is working fine. although it seems to be at full power in reverse not sure with the older carts if that's normal.

Re: intermittent
sounds like a loose wire. Intermittent problems are the hardest to find.
