E-Z-GO Lift Kit not level
I installed a 6" lift by Steeling to my 2005 TXT 36v cart. Afterwards I noticed that the rear end is not level and I'm sure it's because I installed something incorrectly. When I look at the rear of the leaf springs I can see that they are at different angles. Has anyone else made this error and how do you correct it? Thank you

In these two pictures you can see the rear leaf spring bracket on the driver side is angled further back than the passenger side. The driver side is the low side.

Can you post pictures of the bracket that sits on top of the axle for both the driver and passenger sides?

Re: E-Z-GO Lift Kit not level
Here's a couple pictures of the brackets. I'm also getting some squeaking coming from the rear passenger side any time there is weight on that side of the cart. And looking back to the first pictures I posted of the rear wheels, it looks like maybe that rear passenger wheel is not centered in the wheel well compared to the rear driver side.

There should be a bolt or line up pin in the center of the spring pack. Is the pin lined up with the hole in the block? Can't tell by the pics.

Re: E-Z-GO Lift Kit not level
Hunt365, thank you for your response. I double checked that the blocks were properly aligned with the nut/pin on the leaf springs and that checked out well. But, while I was down there I noticed that when I reattached the shocks to the brackets , the passenger side shock spun loose on the top underneath the body of the cart. I've attached a picture so others could learn from this. I jacked up the rear end and started adjusting the shocks and i now have it nearly perfect. I'm looking forward to driving it tomorrow to see if this also eliminated the squeak I was getting for the rear of the passenger side.

Re: E-Z-GO Lift Kit not level
Hope you get it squared away. I have the same lift from steeling on my cart and have been well pleased. Let us know what you find.
