I just put new Trojan batteries on my golf cart took it around the block and all the sudden it slowed down like it was dead I limped it back to my garage what do you think it could be motor or controller? When you hit the pedal you can hear a high pitch squeak also

Re: Help my Ezgo
I'm sure the experts will be here soon to help you but in the meantime tell us what year model ezgo you have. 36 or 48 volt? Is the forward/reverse switch a lever by your right knee or is it a rocker switch on the dash. This info will help diagnose your problem.
