Carts Unlimited Reversing Contactor Wiring
I'm attempting to install a Reversing Contactor to replace rotator style selector switch. I noticed on the wiring diagram and receipt from carts Unlimited, they sent a 36V Club Car contactor. This is going in a 2002 EZGO TXT. Is it the same part with different wiring? I attempted to follow the diagram until I noticed it was for club car.
If it is the same part with different wiring, can somebody send me the proper diagram for my cart? I get most of the wiring, but I'm not getting power on the positive side of the main solenoid and I believe I may have a wire screwed up. Any help is appreciated. Right now, I have blue to let switch tied to charging receptive for constant 36V power. Green from switch goes to controller through actory wiring. Orange wire is tied in with forward positive from F/R switch. Black wire is tied into same wire that comes from the main positive on the solenoid to the center post on the new switch. Then a jumper goes to other side of neutral on switch. Then I ran a wire from reverse of switch to factory black wire (this is where I think the diagram is messed up). Any help is appreciated. |
