Default 05 pres wont go

I've checked the pack voltage it's at 50, key has power in and out , has keyed power to seliniod, changed the speed sencor and still wont go F or R backup buzzer works so I'd say the F/R switch is good. Is there a trouble shooting section here that I've missed. Is there a reed switch in the charge plug on these.

Possibly MCOR..just had to replace mine. If it sat for a couple days i had to keep the go pedal down for about 45 seconds before it would take off.

You can test the MCOR potentiometer as follows. Disconnect the batteries, unplug the 16 pin plug from the controller. Take a multimeter set to 20k ohms and insert the red probe to the plug pin 2 (yellow wire) and the black probe to plug pin 3 (purple wire). With the pedal at rest the reading should be +- 1k ohm, as you press the pedal to the floor the reading should increase to between 5.67k and 7.43k ohms.

does solenoid click when you hit pedal? no you don,t have a reed switch and just because reverse buzzer works dosn,t mean F&R is good......buzzer works off a microswitch..............if solenoid isn,t clicking you can try jumping it see if cart runs..........have you load tested batteries? only takes one to stop cart.......does charger still charge cart?.............................................

The seliniod dos'nt click and I tried jumping it and still nothing checked voltage at seliniod and both large terminals have have voltage battery side is a little higher than the other. both small terminals have batt volts one turns off and on with the key. Is it normal for both to have voltage always. I have to check the pedal resistance yet.
