Re: Tie rods
I just googled female heim joints. The pic is not a exact replacement. I need to figure out the thread and the diameter of the hole in steering arm is. I have ordered another replacement from amazon for now. Hell I ordered 2 for $10 more than buggiesunlimited charged for one. Of course amazon was free shipping :). I do plan to figure out what heim end works.

Re: Tie rods
Thanks pachanga90. I also plan to use the softest bolt I can find. That way I can replace bolts instead of parts.

Re: Tie rods
Don't use soft hardware on steering!Grade-5 minimum, with a flat-washer on each side of the heim to prevent the joint from unhooking if the ball-socket fails. If you are breaking stuff on a regular basis,1 of 2 things is happening.1,you are hitting stuff directly with your tires.2,Your steering-linkage is angled too-steep,causing it to bind and over-stress the joints. The steering-linkage should be as close to parallel with the axle as possible. If you buy good-quality steering-parts with grade-5 hardware,it should outlast the cart if everything is set-up properly.Hope this helps.
