Default Charger or obc issue?

Having issues with 08 precedent today.

Cart had not been used in a couple of months. Put charger on it for 3 hours or so. Pulled cart out and it stopped after about 40 feet. Charge light on and clicking but wouldn't move. Pushed car backwards in run mode (forgot about the run/tow switch). Cart beeped and we switched back to tow.

Hooked up charger and the amp needle fluttered for 15 or 20 seconds then shut down. Now nothing works. Charger will not come on and cart will not do anything. Tried the reset process on the obc but the back up buzzer will not come on. All battery terminals are tight on the cart and I also checked the inside of the charger for loose wires.

I guess next step is to take the charger to the place we bought the cart and see if it works on one of theirs.

Is there anything else I'm missing (fuse, reset, etc.)? Could pushing the car backwards in run for 15 to 20 feet contributed to what- ever is happening?

You may have batteries to low to charge you need 38v dc for charger to kick on. what is your pack voltage?

just to add i hope by pushing cart you didn,t turn 1 problem into 2 problems....yes 1st find out if charger is good then if so i would look next at OBC but also when you pushed it and it beeped thats controller and they don,t like being pushed that way........but right at this point i,m just giving you an opinion............................

Thanks for the comments.

When the cart beeped a few times I remembered the switch. We probably rolled it 15 to 20 feet. Since the cart was charging ok prior to this, I have a suspicion that something has happened with the cart.

I'm also guessing that it isn't a good sign that I could not get the obc to reset.

If I end up needing one, how much is a new obc?

. . . the beeping when you pushed it would be normal I believe . . . that is the "runaway" warning . . . cart knew it was moving with GO Pedal not being depressed . . .
