Hi Gornoman! Yes, I thought that is what was needed, but the illustration provided with the controller showed otherwise. Thanks for the help! I installed the fuse as shown. BTW, I never found the prob with my cart and tomorrow they are coming to get it and take it to the shop. I will be interested in what they find! It it *is* the ITS, I will be so embarrassed!!!!

My guess remains a bad connection/wire somewhere in the control wiring. Could even be a failing keyswitch. All it takes is ONE STEENKIN' WIRE!

Well. we'll see. Like I said they come and get it tomorrow. I emailed them a list of the things I have replaced and he emailed me back and said "Why didn't you just buy a new cart?" LOL........
