I would say a set of new batts are in your future go with the highest amp/ hour battery you can afford preferable six volt , or maybe its time to go all out and upgrade to 48 volt

Now that you know what is going on with the indicator I would run it until it almost had to be pulled home. You have obviously taken care of the batteries so get the maximum use out of them. Continue to keep them watered and when the time comes replace them with whatever kind of batteries lasted six years.

Thanks radioman, I'm going to do what you suggest , as a set of T105 trojan batteries here in Australia is around $1300.
