Default Motor low power…. Kinda…. i will do my best to explain

I have an 1993 ezgo TXTDCS with the nine pin 12O6XS controller.

I will do my best to explain the issue I’m having because it seems a bit odd. I have no power when the wheels are on the ground, if I jack up the rear end and put it in reverse I have a very weak rotation into reverse. If I switch it to forward all I get is a humming and slight vibration from the motor the motor is not spinning. I have full battery pack voltage, batteries are brand new. Brakes are not locked up. Every connection is as tight as it can be.

In my troubleshooting I did notice if I swap the F1 and F2 wires on the controller I appear to have full power in reverse no matter where the direction shifter is located. It gives me full power in forwards and full power in reverse if I have those wires swapped. But when I put them back to where the wiring diagram shows they should be I have the same issue I described.

Any help is much appreciated

Replace the controller with Alltrax XCT400DCS and 200 solenoid.
Expect 30% more power and speeds of 22-23mph with stock 18" tires.
