Default Parts for '87 marathon 48v upgrade

Does any one have any suggestions on where I can get a 48V solenoid and HD forward/reverse switch for my '87 marathon? I have found a solenoid, but I am not sure it will work (I am new to the golf cart world and electrically challenged to top that!)

White-Rodgers/RBM Part # 586-32011
Operating Voltage: 48 Volts DC Continuous Duty
Relay Contact Ratings: 200 Amp N.O., 100 Amps N.C.
Dimensions: 2-1/2" Wide x 4-5/8" Long (including contact posts) x 3" High

Will this work? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

That should work. There are better quality ones with silver contacts etc. They cost a little more. I assume you intend to keep the resistors? Click on our site sponsors up above for a full line of solenoids.

I haven't read anything about resistors. Will the stock ones work?

The stock resistors will tolerate the increased voltage, but they will die sooner than later.

Is there an ugrade or just a replacement? I see there are different gauges.
