Would new tires be out of the question?

Lumpy, huh? Lumpy is that stage just before flat......usually means the belts are breaking down inside the tire. A few is 3..... if 3 out of 4 are lumpy then I say you need 4 new tires for the old girl.

That depends on where you buy and what you are wanting to spend. On stock carts I install a tire and wheel assembly. I have much less trouble this way... new rim and valve stem and tire... what size are you looking for? Stock? You can buy aftermarket tires on rims too.
