2010 Club Car IQ Will not move
Cart will not move in f/r when accelerator is pressed. I can hear a click like it is trying to engage the motor, but nothing happens. When the cart is in reverse the buzzer does not work either. I have check the voltage on the battery pack and even though it is low I would think that it should still do something. The charger does not come on and i am trying to determine where the issue/issues are.

As long as the pack voltage is above 40v, the OBC is not working.
You can try resetting the OBC first: Disconnect the pack negative cable and leave it disconnected for at least 10 minutes. If that does not fix the problem, look at the sticks about how to by-pass the OBC: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...ar-iq-obc.html |

Re: 2010 Club Car IQ Will not move
What is the voltage of the batteries? You could have one that just went complete dead when put under load. Check all cable ends. Pull on them pretty hard. You should not be able to pull the loose. I have a cable that use to lift batteries with some times. Just one end of the cable. Never hook cable to both post, this would be a bad short and cause problem. My point is the cable end lug should be connected strong enough to lift battery.

Thanks for the info...all of the battery connections are good and solid. I did find a battery that was not charged and am I. The process of charging it now. If I still have the same result tomorrow I will try to bypass the OBC and see what happens.
