Default Found a D&D motor

I was cleaning up the garage last night and never noticed that I squirreled away a D&D motor Model #ES-40-6. I can't find anything about it online and I was hoping someone could tell me something about it. It seems heavier and a couple of inches longer than a standard motor.

I have a 93 CC 48V with 500 amp FSIP and Bandit motor and of course I will strap this thing on and see what it can do. I'll be sure to report back with results.

A quick call to D&D what it is and if it is compatible for your cart and use.
I believe it is a high torque - low speed motor for older Ezgo Marathon

Volt you are correct, I emailed them and had a reply in 8 minutes! That's customer service.

Scottyb you were correct, high torque motor.

I'll play with it this weekend and see if I can't do some burnouts or pull some trees outta the ground.
