Did you configure your controller to 48 volts? Give us the solenoid and controller you have. Pics of the solenoid may help.

I typically only look at the orange posts, not the blue ones. Blue means I already read it. Orange means I haven't.

Oops I didn't realize it was a 4 year old thread when I posted that. Brain fart.

Anyway its a GE 500amp controller, I do not believe there is a configuration that can be changed. I will take pics tomorrow in the daylight
