Default Batteries went to low...trying to charge not taking

Well, long story short i ran my batteries down and then my carts battery charger wouldn't recharge. I read that once they're so low the charger wont work so it was recommended online that i charge them individually and that once i have them charged enough the cart charger will work...turning into a long story...{C; I've been charging now for several days two at a time and cant seem to keep them all up enough for the cart charger to kick back on...any ideas? Thanks in advance! Go Mickelson! Rory!

Your batteries may be shot.
Post up the voltages of each battery.

If these are new batteries, what is the voltage of each one?
Are you sure your charger is working?
Try it on another cart or borrow a known good charger and try on your cart.

NEw batteries? Your charger is likely a very low amperage unit or you are not connecting it correctly. Can you post info on the charger and EXACTLY how you are connecting it.... you should be able to do this in a mater of 4 hours with the proper size 12v charger.
..... read up on how to properly use and break in new batteries.

I did the epson salt, distilled water on my batteries and i am still using them a year later. its one quart distilled water to 10 tbl spoons epson. Heat the water to almost boiling and dissolve the epson salts. Pour into battery. Drain off some liquid first if you need to. Then shake and charge. You may need a regular battery charger like from a car parts store to build up the charge at first. I did. Then i put them back in the cart and charged with that charger. I am still using them a year later.

jimdaero, we are discussing BRAND NEW BATTERIES here. The epsom salt trick does not apply to his situation.

+1 on the charger type and how you have it connected.

+1 on the individual battery voltages, and overall voltage.

It's difficult to troubleshoot without this information and I'm sure everyone here wants to help.

I do know that if the overall voltage is too low, the charger won't come on. There is a sensing circuit on the charger control board that regulates that.
