Default Re: Batteries went to low...trying to charge not taking

Ok. Here we go. Just took the brand new batteries back to the store and they checked them and said they all were at full power. I purchased the upgraded batteries and they're now installed and unfortunately "no dice." I haven't said that in a while. {C: Plugged the cart charger in first and it never acted like it turned on. The guy at the store mentioned some carts have kill switches? Does the 1994 Ezgo have one by any chance? Tried to drive with the charge the batteries had from the store and it wouldnt budge. Doesn't act like its getting any power...?

Make sure the batteries are hooked up correctly.
What is the pack voltage measured at the charging port?
You may have a reed switch that blew, not allowing the charger to come on or the cart to run.

Question Re: Batteries went to low...trying to charge not taking

Can you post some pictures for us. Take some of the cart batteries as they sit now. On the drivers side of the cart put a meter in the connection and see what the voltage reading is.
