Default electric motor connecting splines

36volt
2002 model EZGO
Model M102
14555576.

The input shaft spline (male) and the connecting female spline on the electric motor is worn. I can turn one inside the other by hand. I have a parts diagram, on the electric motor it doesn't show a part number for this female part.
It fits onto the armature shaft.
Can this part be removed and replaced?
If so how does it come off?
