Default Re: What have you pulled/towed with your ezgo?

I have some weird "factory towing kit" joints that i use, with a bolt and some washers & rubber pieces from a shock absorber. I found that one on the front of the cart, and moved it to the back. The trailer is a clubcar gas rear suspension "cradle", with the suspension hooked up to a "mailbox-post-frame-railed" golfcart utility box. Its very handy for heavy loads. This "hitch" setup works great for my needs, and has never bound-up or given me any other troubles (i use a nylock on the bolt, so it takes a minute to disconnect). I have hauled engines, transmissions, my "fold-up cherry-picker", boxes & stuff, i built it to help out when i moved (within a small town). Might look a little redneck, but thats how i roll. It was near free and works great.

I also replaced reverse buzzer with a "led plate light", handy at night, it turns off with the key on a G2, so no dead battery .

It doesn't look anymore redneck than the cargo in back.

I move my 28' camper around the yard with mine, the way I park it, there is no way I could do it with my truck.

I leave the jack on the camper a couple of inches from the ground, just in case the front of the cart decides to go in the air!

Sorry no pics but the usual stuff. A 4x8 utility trailer, boat trailer, bushes and trees. The most unusual I guess is fish cover, aka trees, underneath the dock. Tie a rope on the tree, toss tree out in the lake, run the rope underneath the dock and tie onto rear of buggy sitting on land and take off. Works great.
