Default Need help specifically identifying what cart I got

So I picked this up in a package deal. I know it is old but I am looking to see if anyone can help me specifically identify this cart, year, make, model....etc..

I am sure it is an EZ-GO and that is about all. Thanks for your help.

If I need specific info to identify please let me know. Thanks

I don't know how well the plate pic will zoom but the numbers are:

Model # - X440-4 P
Serial # - 944X1443
MFG. # - 594-1882E

Looks like a 3-wheel Marathon X-440.
Possibly a 1982. (Last two digits om Manuf. Code)

Here is a couple manuals that might help.

It's definitively a 1982

Oh yeah and that serial number badge was located under the drivers seat. If that means anything?

Can you post a pic ?? Because on a marathon, the identification plate are located under the passenger glove box.. But it must be the same serial number on both plate

Not necessarily an 82 JUST because the last two digits say so. The identical cart I looked at this past week had a 91 in that position, and it was most definitely not a 91 model.

The badge I have posted is the one under the seat and I do not have one in the pass glove box.

Hmm....so does anyone know of anything else I can look for to identify the year? Or even the year range?

So doing some digging I found this:
EZGO Golf Carts (prior to 1976)

On EZGO golf carts prior to 1976,you can find the serial number plate on the fender skirt under the driver's side seat. There is no simple formula for vehicles manufactured before 1976. You must e-mail us with all these numbers so we can help determine what model year you have. Please include all the numbers that you find on the plate.

On this site:
http://www.eastcoastcarts.com/tools/...s-my-golf-cart

So it looks to definitely be a pre-1976....
