What is the Make & Model of the 12V batteries you are considering?

You can get a 36V pack with about the same AH using 6x12V in a series/parallel arrangement, but you may have to modify the battery frame to get them to fit. (12V deep-cycle batteries are longer than the 6V and 8V batteries that do fit in the stock frame)

Also, there may be some charging issues. When charged in series, each battery acclimates to its own level, when charged in parallel, the weakest battery wins.

I was talking about the 12v Cart batteries.....not the 6v. As for 6v....I recommend any of the major Golf Cart battery mfg's.....AND buy the highest AH battery's you can afford.....the more the better. In the long run, you will be happy you did.
