NICE! Just saw this, makes it so much easier to work/play on the carts.

This is a hack job but it works 100% of the time,

KEY START.pdf

no issues in a year. It runs on a single 10 amp fuse with all LED lights/radio/sprayer. Not a pretty drawing, all other wiring remains the same. Absolutely no micro switches involved(they created constant frustration for me) I personally believe there is way too much wiring involved in a typical club car, and the constant starting and stopping invites issues. I use this cart every day in the dark, it is lit up like a Christmas tree and since turning it to a hack key start I haven't had one day with an issue, not one dead battery, not one blown fuse or a day when I turned the key and nothing happened

Sorry for the lack of images in earlier posts (be sure to thank Photobucket for their awful blackmailing scheme). Here's the wiring diagram (again):

Spring,

Thank you so very much, I can now put the crayolas away, puts a whole new meaning on drawing picture!
I wished I weren't so blind, when I try and enlarge the schematic to where I can see it, it gets blurry, loves it in color! gonna go buy a big ole magnifying glass....
Cause I really do like it.....
