Default 2005 Club Car Carry All Won't Start

I have a 2005 Club Car Carryall that will not start. Battery fully charged, fuel pump replace and produces strong flow. Pedal start will not kick over. Worked fine for years until this issue. I have disconnected the brown wire from the block near the dip stick. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

so you have power, but nothing when you press pedal ?!?
1-switch good ? do you have lights that come on when switch turns on ??
...meter out the power in and out
2-a micro switch bad ??
..when you press pedal it pulls cable, turns lever activates micro switch energizes starter

The microswitch for the throttle cable quadrant (inside the electric box) isn't the only one that can cause a "turn over" problem.
The microswitch at the gear selector can prevent the cart from "cranking" also.
Have you tried putting the gear selector microswitch "cam" in maintenance mode? It may (or may not) help you to diagnose problems also.

Could also be time to adjust the intake and exhaust valves. They only have .004-.005" lash. If the gap has closed down from wear, it could be the exhaust valve is not opening and deadheading the compression. Pull the spark plug out and see if the engine will turn over on the starter. If so, I would check the valve adjustment.
