Yes its the Kawasaki fe 290. The parts diagram of the clutch says the bolt that holds the clutch in is 3/8-24 LH hex loc pitch not sure what the hex loc pitch means. Also thank you all for the help I did find a couple of websites that sold left hand thread inserts just wish the tap and tool to insert the threads were cheaper.

I'm in the process of finding a used drive clutch for the CW fe 290 before I spend 100$ on the thread repair. If I can find one for a decent price I will spend the money on the thread kit. I'm working on a tight budget my dad gave me this cart before he passed away from cancer and we have had years of fun with it so I really want to get it going but don't have a lot of money so im trying to cut cost as much as I can and still have the factory pedal start setup and a good reliable cart.
