Default 00 Club Car DS: Is there a main fuse, or fusible link?

So I was pulling my dashboard off, to wire up a lightbar and switches, when I pulled it out, the ignition switch made contact with the aluminum frame around the dash. Quick spark, and just a little tiny noise in the direction of the starter. (I know, I should have pulled the battery terminals, was going to before I started wiring...but I didn't expect the dash panel to pop off so easy, or have exposed terminals that close to the metal trim).

And now, I have no starter. Headlights still come on, nice and bright. I'm not seeing a fuse anywhere, it sounded like it popped one somewhere near the starter. Only fuse I have found is for the add-on headlights that the PO did. Connections all look good, the spark was so quick, I don't believe it damaged the starter at all. Arrgh!

Edit: I found it! Under the cover with the big red wire going into it... Who would have thought it would be there? Haha... Blown 15 amp fuse. Funny, the snap sounded further back, but it turns right over again... jumping the solenoid anyway, I need to find a fuse now... All my cars use glass fuses, not these newfangled plastic thingies....

2nd edit: New fuse, it starts right up. This could be a PSA for people to please pull your ground when you are working on wiring. I always pull it on a car, but figured I was good here. Luckily, there was a fuse, and I didn't burn something expensive up.

Yeah, that was not a smart move, not unhooking the ground, before I took it apart. Got lucky this time. I figured I blew the starter up or something...
