Re: Need Help With New Cart Purchase
You can get that speed easy in a gas, its called a wrench. Just take it to the governor and you'll be pretty close to that with a 295cc robin ezgo, if you get a newer (2008+) Kawasaki ez go it will go faster. What is the budget?

a. Get HD springs, your not going to want to flip a new cart once you look at the price. The stock springs are designed for a maximum 20 mph. b. upgrade the brakes. Stock carts have rear only mechanical drum brakes. Talk about ancient technology. Those things are designed for golf course use, 20 mph max. Scottyb can help you get 4 wheel discs for it. |

Re: Need Help With New Cart Purchase
Wow, thats a healthy budget. She ought to be able to get a great cart for that. If she was closer to Waynesboro, Ga Mr Golf Carts could easily fix her up with a custom cart. They are the biggest used cart center this side of the Mississippi.

Re: Need Help With New Cart Purchase
Not sure about a dealer. Here are the new options, all should fall within budget, with money to spare for upgrades.
http://www.ezgo.com/personal/persona...eedom_txt.html http://www.ezgo.com/personal/persona...eedom_rxv.html http://www.ezgo.com/personal/persona...e_2_2_txt.html http://www.ezgo.com/personal/persona...uttle_2_2.html http://www.ezgo.com/personal/trail-l...expresss4.html http://www.ezgo.com/personal/trail-l...expressl4.html They all have 13 hp kawasaki engines and all can go 30-35 with the governor adjusted. (Lifted carts are faster but accelerate slower due to tyre size) Also, the 2 seat models have standard duty springs, which will need to be upgraded. |
