2002 ST350 - Better Hill Climbing
I have a 2002 ST 350 Workhorse and would like to increase its hill climbing ability. Will adding the "performance" drive and driven clutch springs give me what I am looking for?
Any advice is welcome. |

Re: 2002 ST350 - Better Hill Climbing
Welcome to bgw, I'm not sure which springs you are looking at but the idea is that the heavier spring will make your clutch slower to shift which is meant to keep it in a lower gear longer and this should help your hill climbing .... have read up on the shorter belt thing?

Re: 2002 ST350 - Better Hill Climbing
I have read the posts regarding the shorter belt...good info.
A couple of the parts stores online list performance or power spring for the drive and driven clutch. Just curious if they will help on the workhorse or if the workhorse already has the power springs. |
