Brush Guard Winch Mount
Here are some photos of the winch I just mounted on my brush guard. I looked at several options and this seemed the best fit for me. This is not the strongest application, its only as strong as the brush guard. I do go off road but im not gonna put my cart in alot of mud. This will work fine if my tires are spinning and I just need a little pull. Another factor was I wanted it to look good and most of the mount be hidden and this application did that as well. Oh well having teouble with the photos. I'll try and figure it out.

Re: Brush Guard Winch Mount
That'll work! I have that same power outlet installed on my cart. I dig the USB phone charger plug. I can just use the same cord I carry in my car to charge my phone.

Re: Brush Guard Winch Mount
I did reinforce the brush guard some but you are correct, it wont take much. I did test it after it was complete by locking the brake and hooking the winch to my truck. The winch did pulled the cart accross the asphalt with breaks locked and no movement from the brush guard. If anyone wants to do more than just pulling the weight of the cart I would advise finding another place to mount it.
