thats where i have trouble figuring that out in the manual. a1 and a2 would be the left posts on both solenoids? never mind thank you! haha

ok in both forward and reverse it reads zero

ok...measure between the ground on the battery and F1 on the starter, then ground and F2. You don't need to press the pedal. Measure from the post, not the cable at the starter.

12.59v at both. had one burt up at the neg one and replaced it earlier today

oh and my f2(red cable) was on the opposite side on the start/gen not below like in your pic

Good, put the key in forward, press the pedal, and check voltage on the solenoid with the yellow wire. Check it between the yellow wire and the small black wire on the solenoid. If nothing, check between the yellow and battery ground.

i get zero or it does its searching thing where it jumps everywhere
