I believe the OP is stating that the engine is dying at 3/4 throttle..
i'd suggest checking the air intake assembly. from what i understand, the engine doesnt like more air... so check that the lid is on tight.

Very true Drag!!

Also make sure the torque cable is on the front motor mount under the air cleaner box.

Good to know, I have been running without the air box on, I would not have left like this, I've just been testing, when I put the airbox on it bogged but I'm assuming it's because I have not changed the air filter yet, and the cart had been siting awhile I'm sure the filter is toast

Ok, hope your reading the air box has to be sealed tight against air leaks. Meaning needs to have 4 new straps on and the gasket in the lid has to seal well! Also, there is a plastic spacer between the head and the carb. It cracks and sucks air and you get poor running conditions as a result! If I ever have to remove that spacer, I replace the 2 gaskets as well. Old ones get brittle and force me to have to torque the screws to tight, chancing breaking that spacer. New ones are soft and take less tightness to make a good seal!!

No, not off hand, but if you have one in the lid, its probably ok. Un less a piece if missing.

Think I can get the number in the morning if you need it.

Make sure you have the torque cable on the motor mount. I made one with a bolt and washer, tried to post a picture, but couldn't for some reason. PM me your cell # and tomorrow I can text you a picture if your interested in welding one up.

Its late, I'm hangin it up for the nite!!
