Thanx slonomo. That sums it up pretty well. I will wait til sat when I get my new belt or when I put the lift and tires on it to decide what to do with the secondary. How did you get 30 hp out of the clone? Does the clone come with a primary?

I think this is what Slo has--build it however bad you want it. You can use the stock clutch and starter/generator if you want. |

Yea Ive checked that out already just didnt notice it doesnt come with a clutch.

I see plowmans does machining for the secondary clutch sheaves
Dont seem like their is enough meat on the sheaves to really do much to them? I just dont see how a stiffer spring will affect mph? Seems like it will just hold more pressure on the clutchs? But i wouldnt think it should hurt the top speed |
